Tim has sponsored legislation to allow for the creation of hybrid schools, incorporating a “blended learning” approach for our primary/secondary school students. Tim is also the sponsor of legislation to exempt Pell grant funds from being taxed as income for Ohio students. He serves on the House Education committee.
